- Abstract
- 국내 증권형 크라우드 펀딩 시장 규모는 2019년 370억원으로 2016년부터 연평균 28.6% 성장하고 있으나, 글로벌 시장규모 약 1.2조원과 비교하면 턱없이 적은 수준이고 2019년 국내기업들의 직접금융 자금조달액의 0.07%에 불과하다. 이에 본고에서는 크라우드펀딩 참가자인 발행인, 온라인중개업자, 투자자 측면에서 각국의 크라우드펀딩 제도가 어떠한 차이를 나타내고 있는지 살펴보고 국내 크라우드펀딩 시장의 활성화를 위해서는 어떠한 규제개선이 필요한가에 대해 살펴보고자 한다.
