- Abstract
- 창업가의 실패에 대한 경험은 재기 의도에 긍정적으로든지 부정적으로든지 영향을 미치게 된다. 창업가의 실패에 대한 경험은 재창업의 동기부여가 되고 자신화될 수 있다는 점에서는 긍정적이다. 하지만, 창업자는 실패에 대한 부 담감으로 재창업 의지가 저해되기도 한다. 본 연구는 실패를 경험한 창업자를 대상으로 창업자의 목적지향성(학습지 향성, 성형 성과지향성, 회피형 성과지향성)이 재창업 의도에 미치는 영향을 보되, 실패에 대한 두려움과 기회인식 을 매개변수로 활용하였다. 본 연구는 실패한 창업가들을 대상으로 한 연구라는 점, 실패의 두려움과 기회인식이 재 창업 의도에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다는 점에서 기존 연구들과의 차별성 및 학문적 기여도가 있다.
