- Abstract
- 본 연구는 자살예방 원조전문가의 외상후 성장 과정을 탐색하기 위한 목적으로, 병원, 정신건강복지센터, 자살예방센터에 근무하는 의사, 간호사, 사회복지사 18명을 연구대상으로 심층면접을 통해 질적자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 Strauss와 Corbin(1998)의 근거이론을 활용하여 개방코딩, 축코딩, 선택코딩의 순으로 분석하였다. 개방코딩 분석결과, 자살예방 원조전문가의 외상후 성장 과정에 대해 70개의 개념과 32개의 하위범주, 14개의 범주가 도출되었으며, 패러다임 모형에 따른 축코딩과 선택코딩 결과로 요약된 핵심범주는 ‘자살예방 원조전문가의 자기회복과 성숙, 그러나 끊임없이 계속되는 자신과의 싸움’으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 자살예방 원조전문가의 외상후 성장 촉진을 위한 실천적, 정책적 함의를 논의하였다.
