Abstract
The purpose of this study is to investigate customer satisfaction and re-registration intention of youth soccer club service quality. The subjects of this study visited 5 soccer clubs located in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province and used 206 copies as effective samples, excluding 44 of the total 250 copies. . For data analysis, using the SPSS 22.0 program, frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, correlation analysis, single regression analysis, and multiple regression analysis were performed to derive the following results. First, among the quality of service of youth soccer clubs, programs and leaders influenced customer satisfaction. Second, among the quality of service of youth soccer clubs, programs, leaders, and costs had an effect on the intention of re-registration. Third, customer satisfaction influenced the intention to re-register.
