- Abstract
- 본 연구의 목적은 노인 1인가구의 자기돌봄 실천 특성을 유형화하고, 각 유형별 예측요인을 실증적으로 확인하는 것이다. 이를 위해 노인맞춤돌봄서비스를 이용하는 노인 1인가구2,924명의 자료를 분석하였으며, Andersen의 행동모델, Ryan과 Deci의 자기결정이론의 개념적틀을 활용하여 소인요인, 욕구요인, 가능요인 차원의 예측요인을 알아보았다. 자기돌봄 유형을 확인하기 위해 잠재프로파일분석을 사용하였으며, 도출된 자기돌봄 유형별 특성과 유형화 결정요인을 확인하기 위해 ANOVA, 다항로지스틱회귀분석 등을 활용하였다. 분석 결과노인 1인가구의 자기돌봄 특성은 제한형, 순응형, 자아통합형으로 유형화되었다. 또한 각 유형의 예측에서 연령, 주관적 건강상태, 우울감, 돌봄서비스 군, 사회적 지지, 건강정보 활용능력, 자율성 지지가 유효한 작용을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 연구 결과를 토대로 노인 1인가구의 자기돌봄 유형에 관한 이론적, 실천적 함의와 노인 1인가구의 자기돌봄 실천을 촉진하는 실증적 개입방안에 대해 논의하였다.
