- Abstract
- Due to concerns over infection caused by Corona virus, companies have actively introduced smart work such as telecommuting, flexible work system, smart work center, and mobile office from 2020. Therefore, research on the nature of smart work and the user's intention to use it is becoming important. In this study, we analyze the impact of smart work characteristics on the intention to continuous use based on the UTAUT2 model. This study analyzes 150 useful data using SPSS 16 and R 4.0.4 for nominal scale analysis and regression analysis of structured equations. In this study, we show that job autonomy, economics, and responsiveness significantly affect perceived usefulness, and that job autonomy, economy, availability, and responsiveness significantly affect perceived value, and that self-efficacy does not significantly affect both perceived usefulness and perceived value. This research suggests that users should pay more attention because they are more influenced by the environmental and system characteristics of smart work.
