| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구는 교육부에서 2019년부터 국가수준에서 추진하고 있는 학교공간혁신사업의 학교 현장의 효과적인 운영을 위한 방안을 제시하기 위하여 대표적인 시도교육청 사업 중 하나인 강원도교육청의 학교 감성화사업을 분석하였다. 2장에서는 학교 감성화사업의 추진프로세스와 단계별 주요 추진주체를 분석하였다. 3장에서는 단계별 주요 참여자들 대상의 면담조사를 통하여 주요 문제점들을 도출하였다. 마지막으로 4장에서는 사업설명회 실효성 증대, 퍼실리테이터 역량 강화, 가이드라인 개발 등 문제점들을 해결하기 위한 포괄적인 방안들을 제시하였다. 본 연구의 결과가 향후 지속적으로 추진되는 학교공간혁신사업을 학교 현장에서 효과적으로 추진하기 위한 정책 대안으로 활용되어 보다 학교 현장에 부합하는 혁신적인 학교 공간이 만들어지길 기대한다. | - |
