- Abstract
- 2021년 3월 특정 금융거래정보의 보고 및 이용 등에 관한 법률이 개정됨에 따라 국내 가상자산사업자의 영업신고와 자금세탁방지에 대한 규제가 시작되었으나, 가상자산사업자에 대한 지속적인 법·규제가 필요하다. 이에 따라 본 연구는 증권사와 가상자산거래소의 정책, 고객보호, 자산 건전성, 기술적 요인들을 비교 분석하였다. 가상자산거래소의 정책, 자산 건전성, 기술적 요인에서는 증권사와 유사한 수준이거나 일부 보완하는 기능을 수행하고 있으나 가상자산 상장절차의 투명성, 투자자보호 등 고객보호 요인은 미흡한 수준으로 가상자산거래소의 고객보호를 위한 조속한 규제 및 정책이 필요할 것으로 파악되었다.
