- Abstract
- 본 연구의 목적은 지역사회복지협의회의 조직특성이 네트워크 거버넌스 수준에 미치는 영향을 분석하는 것이다. 이를 위해 전국 160개 시군구사회복지협의회의를 전수 조사하여 최종적으로 150개 응답 기관을 분석하였다. 주요 연구결과 조직 특성에서 발전문화유형일 경우 네트워크 거버넌스 수준에 긍정적인 영향을 끼치는 데 비해, 집단문화나 위계문화 유형일 경우에는 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 본 연구에서는 ‘네트워크 관리조직’으로서 사회복지협의회의 네트워크 거버넌스 필요성을 일깨우는 계기가 되었으며, 시군구사회복지협의회의 네트워크 거버넌스 수준과 이에 영향을 주는 구체적인 요인을 파악하는 첫 연구 결과를 제공하였다.
