Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship of educational service quality of youth soccer club on satisfaction, loyalty, and educational achievement. In this study, parents with children registered in soccer clubs from September 1 to November 24, 2021 at 8 youth soccer clubs in Seoul were set as the study sample Due to social distancing for COVID-19, an online survey, a non-face-to-face survey, was conducted. A total of 250 copies of the survey 8 clubs were conducted and 201 copies were set as valid samples excluding 49 copies. In order to carry out the purpose of this study, SPSS WIN Version. Using the 21.0 program, frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, correlation analysis, linear regression analysis, and multiple regression analysis were performed, and the following results were obtained. First, among the quality of youth soccer club education service, only certainty was found to affect satisfaction. Second, among the educational service quality of youth soccer clubs, it was found that only certainty had an effect on loyalty, such as satisfaction. Third, it was found that certainty, empathy, and reliability had an effect on the relationship between the educational service quality of youth soccer clubs and educational performance. Fourth, youth soccer club satisfaction was found to affect loyalty and educational performance.
