- Abstract
- As the potential form factor of flexible optoelectronic devices broadens, the strain recovery and stress relaxation performance of transparent adhesive materials should be improved to endure repetitive deformation. In this study, it was demonstrated that the introduction of a multifunctional photocrosslinker into acrylate adhesive resin meets the elastic properties of optically clear adhesive films. The more the crosslinking agents were embedded, the more the recovery and stress relaxation properties improved without light distortions. Compared with pristine adhesive film, the proposed adhesive films containing optimal concentration of photocrosslinker exhibited excellent relaxation and recovery characteristics as well as high optical transmittance.
