- Abstract
- 채용에서는 업무의 효율성을 높인다는 이유로 AI채용시스템을 활용하는 기업들이 증가하고 있다. 본 연구는 AI채용 시스템을 활용한 면접에서 면접자들의 진실성을 파악하기 위해 EEG기반의 생체학적 실험 연구를 설계하였다. 임의의 상황을 가정한 상황해결능력을 묻는 개방형 질문 10문항을 제시하여 인터뷰 하면서 면접자들로부터 EEG 신호를 수집하여 답변의 진실성에 대해 탐구하였다. 실험결과는 진실과 거짓말의 진위여부에 대한 CNN 모델의 정확도가 성능에서 조금 더 나은 결과를 보여 주었다.
