- Abstract
- 본 연구는 초고령사회에 진입하는 시점에 경제적, 사회적, 국가적 문제인 노인 자살문제를 예방하고 관리하기 위해 노인들의 자살생각에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 성별과 연령 구분에 따른 집단 차이 중심으로 파악하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 만 65세 이상 연령의 노인을 대상으로 총 406부의 설문자료를 분석하였다. 자료 분석은 SPSS 23.0 통계 프로그램을 사용하였으며, 인구학적 요인, 경제적 요인, 건강 요인, 노인학대 요인은 빈도분석, 기술통계분석, 독립표본 T-검정, 일원배치 분산분석(ANOVA), 상관관계분석 및 위계적 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 노인들의 자살생각에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석한 결과, 성별에서 남성은 국민기초법 수급자, 우울, 노인학대 경험, 여성은 우울, 불안, 노인학대 경험으로 확인되었다. 한편 연령에서 65-74세는 불안, 자아존중감, 노인학대 경험, 75-84세는 성별, 우울, 자아존중감, 노인학대 경험, 그리고 85세 이상은 가족형태, 독거가구, 국민기초법 수급자, 우울, 노인학대 경험 요인 등이 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 자살예방의 성 인지적 접근방안과 연령대별 취약한 자살생각 요인의 예방대책을 실천적, 정책적 제언으로 제시하였다.
