- Abstract
- 이 연구의 목적은 특성화고등학교 학생이 지각한 사회적지지와 진로준비행동 간의 관계에서 진로결정효능감과 취업장벽의 조절된 매개효과를 검증하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 경기도 수원 소재 A 특성화고등학교 재학생을 대상으로 조사연구를 실시하였으며, 최종 194부의 자료를 수집하였다. 자료의 분석은 Hayes(2022)의 PROCESS macro (Model=7)를 이용하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 특성화고등학생의 사회적지지와 진로준비행동 간의 관계에서 취업장벽은 부분매개효과를 보였다. 둘째, 특성화고등학생의 사회적지지와 취업장벽 간의 관계에서 진로결정자기효능감은 조절효과를 보였다. 이상의 연구결과는 특성화고등학생의 사회적지지 향상을 통해 취업장벽을 낮추고, 한편으론 진로결정자기효능감을 높이는 노력도 필요함을 시사한다.
