- Abstract
- 본 연구는 고령자학습자 대상 교육 운영 경험이 있는 현장 실무자를 대상으 로 고령자 디지털 리터러시 교육에 대한 인식을 살펴보고 정책적 시사점을 살 펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 서울시에 위치한 D자치구 평생학습기관 및 단체에 서 교육을 담당하는 실무자 8명을 연구참여자로 선정하고 심층면담을 실시하였 다. 수집된 자료는 개방코딩을 활용하여 개념을 도출하였고, 도출한 개념은 다 양성을 고려한 차별화된 교육지원, 수준별 맞춤형 교육의 필요성 증가, 학습기 본권 실현을 지향, 무한한 교육의 효용성, 삶의 질 향상을 위한 기본적 토대로 범주화하였다. 분석결과를 토대로 디지털 리터러시 관련 교육에 있어 세대별 계 층화를 고려, 디지털 시민성 및 전문적 직업교육 영역을 포함, 변화된 삶의 적 극적 참여를 위한 교육관점 구축, 학습동아리 형태의 교육지원, 기초문해교육 패러다임의 전환이라는 정책적 시사점을 제시하였다.
