dc.description.abstractWith the development of Internet environment, IT technology like smartphone apparatus has developed as well. Especially, users of contents are gradually changing from possession type to sharing type. As for the sound contents, there has been dramatic growth in digital music market for almost nearly 2 century. Considering the collection of the music rental fee and the transparency of distribution, the Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Sports regulated music fee from the flat sum system to the meter-rate system to reduce the transaction expenses regarding cop. in the field of music from 2013. It decisively enforced the collection of music rental fee one again to secure the right of music producers and to improve the value of music contents in 2016. In this study, I tried to measure the value of sound in accordance with the method of meter-rate system especially in the field of monthly streaming. And thus, this study attempted to suggest newly assumed meter-rate system to pay heed to the right of music producers by reflecting the value of music sound. © 2016 International Information Institute.-
