- Abstract
- Since the release of the Smartphone, the number of Social Network Service's users is increasing. Even the Social Network Service market and users are rapidly growing but worthy studies on the quality of the Social Network Service are very low. The purpose of this paper is to define the quality evaluation factors for social network services based on these needs. © 2016 International Information Institute.
