A Cloud Media Service uses DRM(Digital Rights Management) to protect copyright but there are several problems to be addressed, as follows. If a cloud is chosen, there is a specific set of available DRM's due to their technological dependence, which requires users have to use a specific DRM for each cloud service and often install a new DRM client at every updating time, and moreover makes it difficult to adopt a new DRM technology. In this paper, we propose the usage models that can be implemented in cloud media services. Using these models can guarantee multiple number of DRM's from different vendors to be implemented in the same cloud media environment. ©2016 International Information Institute.-
