One of the foremost issues in material, spiritual and cultural development is self-management of personal health. The concept of personal health management includes the maintenance and promotion of human health, regular living, physical fitness and improvement, and disease prevention. In this paper, a mobile health care hospital service platform for optimal personal health management is proposed. It not only improves upon the problem of a complex visiting route, but also reduces waiting time for health care through a mobile application provided by the hospital service platform. In such cases, the hospital service platform provides convenient personal health care services and appropriate management of personal health. © 2016 SERSC.-
