- Abstract
- In this exploratory study, the Integrated Individual Creativity Test (IICT-K), for kindergarten students (Lee, 2005) was taken with identified validity and reliability by four participants who were five-year old children from Korea and the US in order to investigate creativity. Qualitative data was gathered from Korea and the US and analyzed for traits and trends. Through this study, the differences and similarities of creativity by culture were identified. The responses of the creativity test in three domains (language, operation, and drawing) were very diverse between the Korean and the American children. The production of the Korean children was similar to what was already learned, but the American children tried to produce diverse and new ideas. ©2016 International Information Institute.
