- Abstract
- Recently in Korea, the lack of environmental management of deteriorated residential areas has become one of the key social issues, and people are paying more attention to residential area regeneration as well as the improvement of small block-unit residential environments, although some small-sized maintenance policies and remodeling projects have been proposed so far, few studies have been conducted on programs for concrete execution. This study therefore investigates the changes in policies that have taken place for the remodeling of residential areas in Korea. © 2015 SERSC.
