- Abstract
- The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between individual and group creativity. It is specifically focused on looking for connections between university students' levels of individual and group creativity. The subjects in this study were 286 students who were randomly selected from universities in Seoul and Gyeonggi province, and were examined individually and as a group to assess their creativity. A summary of the findings of this study are as follows: Firstly, individual creativity was significantly correlated to group creativity. Secondly, total scores, as well as specialty fluency and appropriateness scores were significantly higher for individual creativity than group creativity. © 2015 International Information Institute.
