dc.description.abstractIn this paper, double quench of superconducting fault current limiter(SFCL) using parallel magnetic coupling was studied. Magnetic coupling has been known with no electrical direct connection but magnetic connection. Also, it is known to be safer than non magnetic coupling superconducting fault current limiter. Double quench SFCL is effective to limit large current. It is included in inductive-type SFCL and is more stable on heat for resistive, rectifier-type SFCL. Amplitude of electric and magnetic field distribution on double quench SFCL were obtained through its equivalent circuit and imitating experiments.-
