Abstract
Mutual financial companies operate integrated terminal system that integrates a terminal interface with a Single Sign On. Because it has the advantage of being able to use all systems as single authentication. When an organization systems, such as integrated terminal system, there are diverse interests depending on the perspective of transition. In general, understanding the switching intention of the users in an important factor in the informatization business, considering that the information system switching is dominated by the planner or decision maker. In this study, I design a research model with PPM Model and Technology Acceptance Model, and analyzed the factors affecting the adoption of the new system by integrated terminal users. In the future, I hoped that this study will be a guideline for inducing active participants to reflect the acceptance intention of real users of information systems.
