- Abstract
- 영재교육과정에 있어서 중요한 단계의 하나가 멘토-멘티 관계로 구성되는 멘토제이다. 영재들에게 적합한 멘토링 프로그램을 제공할 수 있다면 영재교육의 효과는 더 높아질 것이다. 그러나 우리나라의 다양한 형태의 영재교육에서 멘토링 프로그램을 특성화 시켜서 적용하지 못하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 영재 멘토링 프로그램의 특성을 제시하고, 사례로서 S대학교 영재교육원에서 실시하고 있는 융합영재 멘토링 프로그램의 사례를 제시하고자 하였다. 본 연구를 통해 멘토제가 영재학생들의 영재성을 더욱 심화시킬 수 있으며 대학 내에서 각 전공별 교수들이 협력적으로 참여하는 융합 멘토링 프로그램의 적용 가능성 및 효과적인 활용에 실제적인 지침을 제공하게 될 것이라 기대한다.
