- Abstract
- 전 세계 유일한 분단국가인 남한과 북한의 경우, 계속되는 북한의 핵무기 개발과 미사일 발사 속에 한반도는 긴장 국면을 맞이하고 있다. 그러나 새로이 출범한 문재인 정부의 대북 정책은 국익 우선의 협력외교와 평화통일을 지향하고 있다. 남북한을 하나의 시장으로 통합하는 점진적인 통일을 추진한다고 가정했을 때 북한과의 교류를 활성화하는 정책이 필요하다. 이에 본 논문에서는 북한의 전반적인 정보기술 현황, 정보기술 인력 양성과 개발 체계를 살펴보고 북한과의 IT 인력교류를 위한 협력 방안에 대해 알아보고자 한다. 본 연구는 남북한 상호 IT인력 교류 협력 및 남북한 이질감 해소에 도움을 줄 수 있으며, 통일을 대비한 IT인력활용을 통한 비용감소 및 경제적 효과를 기대한다.
