- Abstract
- The purpose of this paper is to investigate the effects among the self-concept, work environment andjob stress of newcomer nursing teachers by the Structural Equation Modeling analysis in confluence approach.
The subjects of this study consisted of 62 newcomer nursing teachers, selected for a daycare centers located inSeoul and Gyeonggi-do, Korea. In this study, Self-Concept(Lee & Koh, 2015), Work Environment(Kim & Kim,2008) and Job Stress(Seo, 2015) were used. The data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, Pearsoncorrelations and structural equation modeling analysis by using SPSS 22.0. The major results of this study wereas follows: First, sub factors of work environment, self-concept and job stress had relationship. Second, workenvironment variables directly affected the teachers' self concept and job stress. Third, work environmentvariables directly affected the teachers' job stress.
