- Abstract
- 본 논문에서는 차량과 인프라간 가시광 통신 시스템에서의 핸드오버 절차 및 알고리즘을 제안한다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 핸드오버 알고리즘은 거리기반 확률에 따라 최적의 핸드오버 스위칭 시간을 결정한다. 스위칭 시간은주어진 통신단절 확률 임계값이내에서 신호 품질을 최대화하도록 결정된다. 제안된 알고리즘의 성능은 시뮬레이션을 통하여 검증하였다.
