- Abstract
- [연구목적]한국경제 경영자가 고령화되면서 기업들의 승계문제 해결 목적이다. 가족기업의 발전과 영속성을 위해서는 기업의 승계 문제 연구가 필요하다. 승계의지와 신뢰관계 매개효과 중요성의 우선순위를 비교분석 하여 도움을 주고자 한다. [연구방법]본 연구는 중소기업 경영자들의 144명을 대상으로 가족기업 후계자의 역량개발이 승계유효성에 미치는 영향에 대해 설문을 받았다. 분석방법으로는 SPSS를 활용하여 기술통계 분석과 신뢰성 분석을 실시하였고 LISREL 8.5를 이용하여 확인적 요인분석과 경로분석을 실시하였다. 또한 Hayes의 Process 모델로 매개효과를 분석하였다. [연구결과]역량개발이 승계유효성에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 역량개발과 승계유효성에서 승계의지 매개효과는 ceoff .2903으로 나타났고 신뢰관계 매개효과는 coeff .4798으로 비교분석 차별성을 제시하고자 하는 우선순위 결과다. [연구의 시사점]가족기업 후계자의 역량개발이 승계유효성에 미치는 영향에서 승계의지와 신뢰관계를 매개변수로 비교분석을 제시하였다는 점이다. 본 연구를 통해 승계의지와 신뢰관계 매개효과의 비교분석을 확인 했으며 경영자의 승계의지보다 경영자와 후계자의 신뢰관계가 더 중요성의 우선순위 의미가 있음이 검증되었다.
