- Abstract
- A number of application programmers’ factors influence the quality of software development. The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between the DISC behavioral styles of application programmers and the quality of software development for identifying how the factors affect the quality of software development. We conducted a field experiment with 34 application programmers working for a certain company. In conclusion, it may be said that the quality of software development is affected by the working periods of application programmers rather than their DISC behavioral styles. © Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd. 2017.
