dc.description.abstractThe existing theoretical methodology or development methodology for small-size IT project when applied to the creation of project development deliverables, and many people are spending time. Because of enterprise projects to proceed in accordance with the procedures of the methodology, the lack of induction person or projects develop document written with experienced personnel is insufficient. In addition, when applied to development methodology of enterprise submitted a large amount of project development deliverables, and development of personnel development should be put into a lot of time on unnecessary paperwork to consume the result is displayed. This in the Dissertation, theoretical development methodologies and development methodology of domestic enterprises to use seven mandatory development deliverables and options development deliverables by analyzing the derives. In addition, client and expert of interviews, the developers from the survey will provide current problem and direction. Through which small businesses can easily leverage the development of the project development methodology, and short-term projects, while small and medium enterprises development deliverables written to create an efficient procedure is defined. Each stage through which small businesses can derive an important development deliverables,-based project development methodologies suitable for small and medium enterprises can take advantage of the methodology. © Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd. 2017.-
