dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study is to analyze the golf performance (distance, direction, biased direction and ball speed) with elastic-band resistance exercise during 8 weeks for the general golfer. For this, from February 4th, 2016 to April 8th, 2016, total 14 golfers who was exercising in S indoor golf driving range in Seoul were selected as a parent population. They were divided into 2 groups. For training group (TG), elastic-band resistance exercise was carried out. And control group (CG) carried out the existing exercise as usual. To verify the effect of this study, the program was composed of warm-up, exercise and cooling-down for 5 days per a week for 60 minutes during 8 weeks with elastic band (Thera-band and Ball Academy, USA). Trackman was used to analyze the golf performance with elastic-band resistance exercise and the average was calculated for 2 times off and on. As a result, firstly, the distance showed statistical significance after elastic-band resistance exercise during 8 weeks in the light of the effect of interaction between each population and exercise. Secondly, there was an effect of interaction between each population and exercise concerning the direction after elastic-band resistance exercise during 8 weeks. Thirdly, there was no effect of interaction between each population and exercise regarding biased direction after elastic-band resistance exercise during 8 weeks. At last, there was no effect of interaction between each population and exercise regarding head speed after elastic-band resistance exercise during 8 weeks.-
