- Abstract
- As cyber- attacks and incidents tend to more complex and intelligent, developing human resource of information security professionals is keen issue. Government will be set up national competency standards for information security professional within next year. For the constitution of standard, the Institute of Information Security Professionals skill framework (IISP) is reviewed as a global reference and it was compared with Korean security skill research. Education program of information security studies is considered a starting point for training security professionals so the curriculum is analyzed with IISP compliance. University curriculum has to reflect need of outstanding industries to minimize a mismatch phenomenon and finally secure employment rate.
