Abstract
The COP21 took place in Paris at the end of 2015 and the Paris Agreement was adopted. all around the world and Korean goverment push ahead for reducing GHG after COP21. Therefore, PV generating facilities installation increases rapidly following policy. Especially, the case of Schools(Elementary․Middle․High school) should annually supply duty renewable energy ratio following ‘The law of New&Renewable energy development, utilization, dissemination, promotion’. If only PV generation should afford renewable energy duty ratio, generated power will pile up in comparison with power consumption during specific time. In this thesis, effective method for using surplus power is proposed. Load profiles and generation profiles of schools were measured to calculate the surplus power. In order to find effective method for using surplus power, most economical electric power transaction method called counter trace is considered among current operating electric power transaction method(counter trace, private PPA, prosumer, etc.).
