- Abstract
- The purpose of this study is showing the way of sustainable Saemangeum tourism leisure estate determining factors. In order to achieve the study purpose, a total of 17 subjects participated in the study by using a purposeful sampling method.
The study participants in this study, specifically, included 7 sports industry management professor, 4 tourism management professor, three deportment of economics professor, three Jeonrabuk-do Tourism & Leisure Section Evaluation Committee.
The collected data was encoded for statistical analyses including a frequency analysis and an Analytic Hierarchy Process analysis by using SPSS(ver. 20.0) and EC-2000 by Analytic Hierarchy Process. Results were as followed. The priorities sub-factors were shown to be environmental factor, economical factor, management operational factor, sociocultural factor. In detail the factors as follows first, the priorities of environmental factors were shown to be tourism and leisure complex sustainability of resource use, improve the surrounding environment, tourism and leisure complex capacity. second, the priorities of economical factors were shown to be improve income residents, increase local business, increase employment. third, the priorities of management operational factors were shown to be strengthening capacities residents, tourism leisure complex quality management, public sector role. lastly, the priorities of sociocultural factors were shown to be improve the quality of life of local residents, preservation of local culture and traditions, resource use safety.
