- Abstract
- 이 연구는 국회도서관의 입법정보서비스를 이용하고 있는 입법지원기관의 직원들을 대상으로 입법정보서비스의 품질을 측정하였다. 서비스품질요소인 서비스속성, 정보품질, 공간품질이 이용자 만족도에 미치는 영향을 분석하기 위하여 표준회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과에 따르면 공간품질과 서비스속성에서만 통계적으로 유의미하게 만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 여기에서 정보품질은 만족도에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났는데, 이것은 어디까지나 표준회귀분석에 따른 결과임을 감안해야 한다. 상관분석에서 서비스 속성, 공간품질과의 상관성이 매우 높았고, 만족도와도 상관성이 높게 나온 것을 보면 간접적으로 만족도에 영향을 행사할 수 있기에 이에 대한 향후 검토가 필요한 것으로 보인다.
