- Abstract
- 텔레비전, 라디오와 같은 방송매체에서 사용되어지는 음악에 대해 정확한 저작권처리를 요구하는 저작(인접)권자들의 요구가 증가하고 있는 반면, 방송에서 사용되는 음악 저작물들의 수집부터 모니터링데이터에 대한 검증에 대한 실증적 검증 연구는 미비하였다. 본 연구에서는 핑거프린팅 기술을 통한 음악모니터링의 기법 및 방법, 방송에서 사용된 음악모니터링을 통한 저작권처리를 위한 시스템 구성 및 운영, 핑거프린팅 기반 모니터링 솔루션의 방송매체별 수집내역을 실증적으로 검증하고, 이를 바탕으로 저작(인접)권자들에게 효율적 분배를 위한 음악저작권처리스템 및 운영적 측면의 문제점과 방안을 살펴보고자 한다.
