Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the structural model among leisure facilitator, recreation specialization, and life satisfaction. Using the sampling method of convenience sampling, total of 350 questionnaire was distributed from June 20, 2014 to July 20, 2014. Among them, 19 insincere questionnaire were ruled out and 331 remaining were used to analyze. As a result, leisure facilitator had an effect on recreation specialization (β = .601), and recreation specialization shown significant effect on life satisfaction (β = .180). Also, leisure facilitator had significant relationship with life satisfaction as well (β = .332). The above results indicates that leisure facilitator and recreation specialization are critical factors to increase life satisfaction. Also, an strategic approach toward recreation specialization and more research regarding leisure facilitator are needed.
