- Abstract
- 최근 군(軍)에서 많은 C4I가 개발되고 있지만 기술적 전문성이 부족한 소요군과 업무에 대한 이해가 빈약한 개발업체 간의 정확한 의사소통이 이루어지지 않아 원래 개발목적과는 다소 상이한 성능과 타 체계간 중복투자 등 예산 낭비 소요가 식별되었다. 이에 UML, UP 등 객체기술을 군 C4I 개발에 적용할 경우 소요군 및 개발자간 정확한 의사소통을 도와줘 소요군에서 원하는 가장 이상적인 체계 개발을 지원할 것이고, 초기에는 예산이 많게 보일지는 몰라도 정확한 의사결정으로 추가적인 예산낭비를 최소화하여 양측 모두 WIN-WIN하는 결과를 얻을 수 있을 것이다.
