아쿠아로빅 지도자들의 직무특성과 심리적 임파워먼트가 직무만족도에 미치는 영향

Abstract

본 연구의 목적은 아쿠아로빅 지도자들의 직무특성과 심리적 임파워먼트가 직무만족도에 미치는 영향력을 규명하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 참여자는 전국 대도시에서 활동하고 있는 한국아쿠아운동협회 소속 아쿠아로빅 지도자를 편의표본추출법을 활용해 359명을 표집한 후 자기평가기입법으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 인구통계학적 특성을 파악하기 위해 기술통계분석을 실시하였으며, 측정도구의 타당도와 신뢰도를 알아보기 위해 탐색적 요인분석과 Cronbach’α계수를 산출하였다. 아쿠아로빅 지도자들의 직무특성과 심리적 임파워먼트가 직무만족도에 미치는 영향력을 알아보기 위해 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 직무특성, 심리적 임파워먼트, 직무만족도의 하위요인 간에는 정적인 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 직무특성은 직무만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 구체적으로 자율성, 기술다양성, 중요성 순으로 영향력을 나타냈다. 셋째, 심리적임파워먼트는 직무만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 하위요인 의미성, 영향력, 유능성 순으로 영향력을 나타냈다.

The aim of this study is to identify the effects of job characteristics and psychological empowerment on job satisfaction of the Aquarobics instructor. A total of 359 Aquarobics instructors were administered job characteristics, psychological empowerment, job satisfaction scale and the demographical survey. The result are as follows. First, Study findings show significant relationships between all variables. Second, job characteristics has effect on job satisfaction. Specifically, the sub-factors of job characteristics, autonomy, skill variety, task significance, have a major impact on job satisfaction of Aquarobics instructors. Thirdly, the result reveal that psychological empowerment play a role in job satisfaction of Aquarobics instructors. Concretely, the sub-factors of psychological empowerment, meaning, impact, competence have a significant influence on job satisfaction of Aquarobics instructors
