- Abstract
- This study aims to provide the basic data necessary for seeking specific measures to reduce energy consumption during the planning stages of apartment buildings by proposing an energy consumption prediction model using an actual state investigation. The sample size was 672 households in capital area. Among the energy consumption elements of apartment buildings, This study selected floor, household combination, household area, orientation, building type, envelope insulation performance, and plane junction to the outdoor air as energy consumption elements of apartment buildings. The prediction models of regression analysis for heating, electrical and total energy consumption by unit area were presented.
