- Abstract
- 본 연구의 목적은 청소년에게 8주간의 웃음치료프로그램을 적용하여 청소년의 우울, 자살 생각, 적응유연성에 미치는 영향을알아보는 것이다. 연구대상자는 인천시 소재 중학교에서 선정 기준에 맞는 대상자를 모집한 후 임의로 대조군과 실험군으로 분류하였다. 본 연구의 자료 분석은 SPSS 20.0을 이용하여 독립표본 T검증을 시행하였으며, 유의수준은 0.05였다. 8주 동안의 웃음치료프로그램을 실시한 결과, 웃음치료프로그램은 청소년에게 우울(t=2.89, p=.005)과 자살생각(t=2.71, p=.008)을 감소시키며, 적응유연성을 향상시키는 것(t=-2.06, p=.043)으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 이 연구를 통하여 청소년의 경우 웃음치료프로그램이 우울, 자살생각, 적응유연성에 긍정적인 효과를 가져 올 수 있는 가능성을 제시하고 있다. 따라서 웃음치료프로그램이 청소년의 우울과 자살생각을 감소시키고 적응유연성 증진을 위한 적극적인 중재로 적용할 수 있는 근거를 마련하였다.
The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of laughter therapy on adolescent. The therapy was applied for 8 weeks to middle school student, and its effects on their depression, suicidal ideation, resilience were checked. This was a quasi-experimental study with a non-equivalent control group pre-post test design. Participants consisted of middle school students in Incheon City, into experiment group and comparison group after the recruitment of participants who met the selection criteria. For data analysis, the study was conducted independent t-test using SPSS 20.0, and significant level was 0.05. In this study, as a result of 8 weeks of laughter therapy, it was found that laughter therapy lowered adolescent depression(t=2.89, p=.005), suicidal ideation(t=2.71, p=.008) of adolescent, while having improved resilience(t=-2.06, p=.043). In conclusion, this research suggests a possibility that laughter therapy can have positive effects on depression, suicidal ideation, resilience to adolescent people. Laughter therapy is an effective intervention for adolescent's depression, suicidal ideation, resilience.
