성인학습자의 성찰학습이 심리적 안녕감에 미치는 영향: 학습자 특성과 학습몰입의 매개효과

dc.description.abstract이 연구는 성인학습자의 심리적 안녕감에 미치는 학습 관련 선행요인을 확인하고 변인 간의 구조적 관계를 밝히고자 하였다. 성인학습자의 성찰학습이 심리적 안녕감에 미치는 영향을 확인하고, 성찰학습과 심리적 안녕감 사이에서 학습자 특성(학습효능감, 학습가치, 학습애착)과 학습몰입이 미치는 매개효과를 검증하였다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 평생학습기관에서 학습을 경험한 성인학습자 510명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구 결과 성찰학습은 학습자 특성(학습효능감, 학습가치, 학습애착), 학습몰입, 심리적 안녕감의 모든 변인에서 유의미한 긍정적 관계를 가지며, 무성찰학습은 대부분 부정적 관계를 갖는다는 것을 검증하였다. 성찰학습은 심리적 안녕감에 직접적인 긍정적 영향을 미치고, 학습자 특성(학습효능감, 학습가치, 학습애착)과 학습몰입은 성찰학습과 심리적 안녕감의 관계에서 매개효과가 있음을 확인하였다. 이러한 연구 결과를 통해 성인학습자의 심리적 안녕감 향상을 위하여 다양한 평생교육프로그램을 통해 성찰학습이 이루어질 수 있도록 기획하고, 성인학습자의 학습특성을 고려한 학습환경의 조성과 교육 참여를 촉진하기 위한 교육기관과 교육자의 역할에 대해 제언하였다.-
dc.description.abstractBased on the perspective that learning brings happiness, this study was to examine the impact of the adult learners’ reflective learning on their psychological well-being and verify the mediating effect of characteristics of adult learner and learning flow between reflective learning and psychological well-being. Questionnaire survey was carried out on 510 adult learners who were attending various learning institutions. The following is the findings of the study: Adult learners’ reflective learning was positively correlated with all the variables, which were all statistically significant. On the contrary, non-reflective learning was negatively correlated in general. It was confirmed that reflective learning had direct positive impact on psychological well-being and learner characteristics and learning flow had a mediating effect between reflective learning and psychological well-being. Based on the findings, this study suggests that reflective learning should be accomplished through a variety of lifelong educational programs to improve adult learners’ happiness and psychological well-being. Also, educational institutions and educators should provide proper learning environment based on adult learners’ characteristics and needs that will make them more engage in their learning and ultimately make them happy.-
