디자인 전공 대학생의 창의성 인식 비교 연구 - 전공만족도와 성격유형을 중심으로 -

Abstract

창의적인 인간을 양성하기 위한 창의성 교육은 정체성이 확립되지 않은 유아를 대상으로 한 교육이 대부분이었지만, 창의적 인간이 경제활동의 주체가 되는 현대에서는 그 교육의 범위와 기간이 확대되어야 할 것이다. 특히 사회로 진출하기 위한 교육의 바탕이 되는 대학의 창의성 교육은 대학생의 필수과정이 되어야 하겠다. 본 연구에서는 대학생에게 알맞은 창의성 교육을 위해 그들이 중요하게 생각하는 창의성 구성 요소는 무엇인지, 어떤 것들이 본인에게 부족한지, 그리고 인지적·정의적 측면의 구성 요소 이외에 창의성 향상에 영향을 끼치는 항목은 무엇이 있는지 알아보았다. 1차 연구인 ‘대학생의 전공과 성격에 따른 창의성 인식비교’결과를 재검증하고, 특히 디자인을 전공하는 학생들로 연구 대상을 좁혀 좀 더 구체적인 결과를 도출하였다. 추후에는 본 연구의 결과를 창의성 교육에 도입하여 대학생을 위한 효과적인 창의성 교육이 되도록 하려 한다.

Until these days, creativity education to cultivate creative human has been mostly an education for child who have not define their identity yet. However, range and period of the education should be expanded in modern times when creative human is a main subject of economic activity. Especially at the university education which would be a foundation of society entry, the creativity education should be an essential course. This paper studies below subjects. First, the most important creativity element that university students consider. Second, what parts the students feel insufficient. Third, other components, in addition to cognitive components, personality components, effect to creativity improvement. Moreover, this study re-verifies the result of the first research which is 'A Study on Comparing Awareness of College Students' Creativity according to Major and Personality' Particularly, the research narrow the object to design student s to find more specific result. Hereafter, the result of the research will be introduced to creativity education for more effective education to university student.
