원산지검증의 인적역량과 원산지검증의 성과에 관한 연구: 원산지검증 시스템역량의 매개효과를 중심으로

Abstract

본 연구는 국내 및 국외 문헌연구를 통해 원산지검증에 대한 주요 요인을 도출하고, 실증분석을 통해 기업의 원산지검증 인적역량과 성과 간에 원산지검증 시스템역량의 매개효과를 검증하였다. 본 연구의 목적을 위해 FTA 활용지원센터에서 시행하는 교육에 참가하고 있는 대기업 및 중견기업들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 수집된 167부의 자료를 실증분석에 이용하였다. 본 연구의 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 원산지검증의 인적역량은 원산지검증의 시스템역량에 유의한 양(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 원산지검증의 시스템역량은 원산지검증의 성과에 유의한 양(+)의 영항을 미쳤다. 셋째, 원산지검증의 인적역량과 성과간에 원산지검증의 시스템역량은 완전매개효과를 가진다. 향후 본 연구에서 다루지 못한 기업의 규모에 따른 원산지검증시스템 구축의 차이를 비교하여 분석하는 연구가 필요하다.

This study investigates the moderating effects of origin verification on the relationship between the origin verification performance of organization capacity and system capacity through an empirical examination of 167 Korean enterprises that use free trade agreement(FTA) employing SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 21.0 software. The results show first, that the organization capacity of origin verification has a significantly positive influence on the system capacity of origin verification, second, that the system capacity of origin verification has a significantly positive influence on the performance of origin verification, and, third, that the system capacity of origin verification moderates the effects between organization capacity and origin verification performance.
