관계지향 유아 행복교육을 위한 전문가 델파이 조사 연구

Abstract

본 연구의 목적은 관계지향 유아 행복교육의 목표와 내용을 도출하는데 있다. 연구목적을 위해 유아교육과 교수 21인을 대상으로 델파이 조사를 실시하였다. 연구 결과 페널들은 관계지향 유아 행복교육의 가장 주된 목표로 자신을 사랑하도록 돕기, 긍정적인 자아상 갖기, 유아 스스로 행복하다고 느끼기, 사랑과 인정을 받고 있음을 느끼기, 문제해결력 길러주기, 활동에 즐겁게 참여하기, 할 수 있다는 자신감 기르기를 제시하였다. 교육내용의 경우 크게 세계의 범주 ‘나와의 관계’, ‘타인과의 관계’, ‘사물 및 자연과의 관계’로 나누어졌다. 나와의 관계 범주에서는 자존감, 즐거움, 긍정적 사고, 유아 자신에 대한 이해, 신체적 건강, 자기 효능감, 몰입이, 타인과의 관계 범주에서는 배려, 감사, 공감, 소통능력, 나눔, 협력, 예절, 포용력, 그리고 사물 및 자연과의 관계 범주에서는 자연의 아름다움을 즐김, 사물과 자연 현상에 대한 호기심, 사물과 자연 현상에 대한 탐구가 가장 적절한 내용으로 도출되었다.

The purpose of this three-round Delphi study is to develop the teaching goals and content of relation-oriented happiness education for young children. The study asks a panel of 21 university professors in the field of early childhood education to identify the characteristics of happy children and to propose the teaching goals and content for happiness education for young children. In the second round, the study collates and scores the responses using a 5-point Likert-type scale. In the third round, the study asks the panelists to evaluate their previous responses for each item in light of the frequency, mean, and standard deviation the item was assigned in the second round. The panelists propose 18 teaching goals, including helping young children love themselves and build positive self-image. They also propose 13 teaching components in the relationship with-self category, 11 teaching components in the relationship with-other people category, and 4 teaching components in the relationship with-nature and the world around-them category.
