- Abstract
- This study examines the impact of the university entrepreneurship education quality measured by SERVQUAL constructs on entrepreneurial intention. To utilize SERVQUAL, we attempt to model university entrepreneurship education as a service and students as customers. We surveyed more than 4,000 students from 44 universities offering entrepreneurship education programs in South Korea. The findings show that many of the quality attributes of the education program had significant influence on student satisfaction, which has indirect positive effect on self-efficacy and entrepreneurial intention. The results indicate that it may be effective for the Korean government to continue to invest in training programs of university faculty and staff members to increase entrepreneurial intention among students.
