예술인 창작지원 복지사업의 만족도 및 예술활동 기여도에 관한 연구 - 예술인창작디딤돌사업의 시각예술인을 대상으로

Abstract

본 연구는 예술인 창작지원 복지사업의 일환으로 시행되고 있는 「예술인창작디딤돌사업」에 참여한 시각예술인을 대상으로 만족도 및 예술활동 기여도를 파악하는데 목적이 있다. 연구 결과 첫째, 현직업과 예술활동 분야의 일치여부에 따라 지원금액 만족도에 유의미한 차이가 있음이 입증되었다. 둘째, 지원기간과 지원금액 만족도는 예술활동 기여도의 모든 하위요인인 창작활동, 작품출품, 투입시간 기여도에 유의미한 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 지원기간 만족도는 작품출품과 투입시간에 긍정적인 영향을 미치며, 지원기간과 지원금액 만족도는 창작활동에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 결과는 향후 예술인 복지정책의 방향을 모색함에 있어 기초자료로 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the satisfaction and art istic activity contribution of 「Artist Creation Didimdol Pilot Project」, a welfare work for artist’s creation support, with study subjects of visual artists who took part in the project. Study findings are as follows: First, the consistency of artist’s current occupation and artistic activity area had significant effect on artist’s satisfaction with support fund. Second, satisfaction with support period and support fund had significant correlation with all the sub-areas of artistic activity contribution, such as contributions to creation activity, work entry for exhibitions and input time. Third, satisfaction with support period had influence upon work entry for exhibitions and input time, whereas satisfaction with support time and support fund had positive influence upon creation activity. Above study findings seem to be used as basic data for groping after the direction of welfare policy for artists in the future.
