지방자치단체 스포츠이벤트 유치에 따른 대회의 경제적 파급효과 분석

Abstract

이 연구는 지방자치단체가 유치하는 전국규모의 스포츠이벤트 개최를 통한 경제적 파급효과를 도출하여 스포츠이벤트 유치가 지역경제에 미치는 영향을 계량적으로 평가하고 향후 국내 스포츠이벤트의 유치 시 기준으로 활용하는데 그 목적이 있다. 한국중등연맹에서 주최하고 J시에서 주관한 “제 49회 추계 한국중등(U-15) 축구연맹전”으로 2013년 8월 3일부터 ~ 16일까지 진행된 대회를 선정하였다. 이 연구의 산업연관분석 자료로는 한국은행에서 발간한 2010년 산업연관표를 이용하여 404개의 기본부문을 8개 부문으로 재분류 하였다. 설문조사는 1050부를 배포하였으며 회수된 설문지 중 불성실하게 응답되었거나 복수응답 등으로 본 연구에서 사용할 수 없다고 판단되는 설문지를 제외하고 총 회수된 580개(선수 220부, 학부모 271부, 학교임원 및 지도자 57부, 학교팀별 32부)의 설문지를 최종분석에 이용하였다. 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, J시에 미치는 생산유발효과는 약 305억2천7백만원에 이르는 것으로 분석되었다. 둘째, 부가가치유발효과는 약 141억9백만원으로 나타날 때 간접세유발효과는 약 14억9천6백만원으로 분석되었다. 셋째, 고용유발효과에서는 총 312.4명의 고용효과가 나타났다.

The purpose of this study was to analyze quantitatively impact attraction of sport event on regional economy and use criterion when local government attract domestic sport event in future through drawing economic ripple effect through sport events. The sport event was selected as 49th Middle School Football Tournament held in J-City which Middle School Football Association hosted from 3. Aug to 16. Aug. The inter-industry analysis data of this study use and reclassify 8 sectors from 404 sectors based inter-industry relations table which The Bank of Korea published. For the survey, 1050 copies of questionnaire were distributed and total 580(players 200 copies, parents 271 copies, executives of school and coaches 57 copies, school team 32copies) copies were used for the actual analysis, excluding those that were deemed unsuitable for this study because of inadequate or double answers. The results of this study have following. The first, effect on production inducement for J city analyse about 30.527 billion won. The second, when added value induced effect generate 14.109 billion won, effect on indirect tax inducement analyse about 1.4 billion won. The third, effect on employment inducement was estimated to be about 3124 person.
