Abstract
본 연구는 과학교육 실제의 활성화를 도모하기 위하여 교사교육의 새로운 접근을 제안하고자 유아교사의 과학교과교육학지식과 인지조절능력, 과학교수효능감, 과학불안 간에 어떠한 관계가 있는지 분석하였다. 연구 대상은 현직유아교사 102명에게 설문조사를 실시하였고, 수거된 설문자료를 SPSS 18.0 프로그램의 기술통계분석, Pearson 적률상관분석과 중다회귀분석을 통해 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 유아교사의 과학교과교육학지식은 인지조절능력과 과학교수효능감과 정적상관이 있음을 알 수 있었고, 유아교사의 과학교과교육학지식에 가장 영향력 있는 변인은 인지조절능력 중 인지전략임을 알 수 있었다. 연구 결과를 통해 유아교사의 인지전략을 고려한 교사교육 마련에 대한 시사점을 논의하였다.
To make science education more active, this study aims to suggest a new approach to teacher education. The study analyzed the varied relationships among pedagogical content knowledge for science education, cognitive regulation ability, science-teaching efficacy, and science anxiety of early childhood teachers. Participants consisted of 102 in-service teachers, who answered a questionnaire. The data thus collected was analyzed using descriptive analysis, Pearson's correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis through the SPSS 18.0 program. The results showed that the cognitive regulation ability and science-teaching efficacy positively correlated with the pedagogical content knowledge in science education. The most influential factor for early childhood teachers' pedagogical content knowledge in science education was verified to be the cognitive strategy of cognitive regulation ability. The study then discusses teacher educational directions considering the cognitive strategy of cognitive regulation ability.
